Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed and experienced Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services to clients, offering support for a range of mental health concerns. This role is perfect for a clinician looking for flexibility while being part of a collaborative and supportive practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients in a professional and ethical manner.
• Conduct initial assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with other therapists, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Active state licensure as an LPC, LSW, LMFT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred.
• Experience providing therapy for diverse populations and presenting concerns.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a part-time caseload.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other specialized modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Willingness to provide both in-person and telehealth sessions.
