Job summary

IOP CLINICAL MANAGER (CADC & Master's degree required) - Full time

The IOP Clinical Manager/CADCprovides direct patient care under the Director of PHP/IOP Services. Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, facilitation of group meetings, coordination of patient transportation, assistance with discharge planning, and department recruitment. The Program Manager is additionally responsible for the implantation of programs, training and the schedule.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:Master's degree required.

EXPERIENCE:Experience in a psychiatric setting working with various populations required. Bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Licensure/Certification:CADC either through IAODAPCA or ICRC

Knowledge:Familiarity with Illinois Confidentiality Act and Illinois Mental Health Code. Good written and oral communication skills.
