Job summary

Dayton Children's is seeking an experienced Neurophysiology Lab Supervisor to lead intraoperative monitoring services in the Neurology department. The role includes supervising technologists, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring high-quality neurophysiology care during neurosurgical and spine procedures.

The position requires a Bachelor's in a related health field, 1–3 years of neurodiagnostic experience, CNIM/ABRET certification or eligibility, and availability for 24/7 administrative

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related health field.
• 1-3 years of neurodiagnostic experience.
• CNIM/ABRET certification or eligibility; board eligible if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily planning and direction of neurophysiology services.
• Lead staff of neurophysiology technologists providing intra-operative monitoring.
• Collaborate with Neurology Ambulatory Manager and Chief on training, competency evaluation, and protocol development.
• Ensure 24/7 administrative coverage and rapid troubleshooting during surgeries.
• Maintain competency across EEG, EP, NCV, and IONM procedures.
