Job summary

Peraton is seeking an IOD Program/Financial Analyst to support the Infrastructure and Operations Division through resource planning, spend plan analysis, and financial reporting. The role includes reconciling execution, auditing, and interface recommendations for spend plan updates.

You will participate in weekly GNOB meetings, provide tasker support to PRMD and IOD leadership, and maintain the IOD Budget Spreadsheet with timely updates for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; 9 years with a high school diploma.
• Demonstrated financial management and resource management expertise.
• Experience producing accurate, timely financial reports, executive briefings, and ad hoc analyses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills such as pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data validation.
• Have or obtain favorable Tier 1 (Public Trust) investigation.
• Government contract requires proof of U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of the IOD resource and planning management program, spend plan analysis, execution reconciliation, audit and financial reporting.
• Attend weekly meetings with GNOB Chief and personnel to discuss the Spend Plan and Ektropy changes.
• Assist IOD Leadership and PRMD with taskers to ensure timely, complete information.
• Explain FY cost differences and identify potential cost savings or increases to the Spend Plan.
• Provide ad hoc one-on-one consultation with Branch Chiefs or MTF team members.
• Create and deliver the IOD Budget Spreadsheet to leadership and budget managers.
• Maintain transparency on taskers, Ektropy changes, and spend plan revisions.
• Update the Ektropy Change Log and the Status of Funds report weekly.
• Ensure data quality through audits and keep Ektropy updated.
• Support yearly and quarterly POM planning and budget execution efforts.
