Job summary

Illinois College is seeking dedicated students to join the Center for Student Engagement, Inclusion and Belonging as Involvement Leaders. You will support Welcome Week, Registration Days, and fall events, helping new and transfer students connect with campus life and leaders across IC.

Ideal candidates are enrolled full-time, with at least one semester completed, and a 2.0+ GPA. This role offers hourly pay, housing during early arrival, and opportunities to build leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Display strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills and the potential to develop these skills.
• Must be currently enrolled full-time and returning for Fall 2024 with a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Be a member of the Illinois College community in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in activities and events to offer new experiences for all students, helping them build connections.
• Serve as an approachable and available role model for all new students throughout their first year.
• Lead discussion groups with incoming students and family members.
• Foster an environment that supports diverse involvement groups and campus community.
