Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with governmental or nonprofit accounting standards is a plus.
• Solid analytical skills, including the ability to review financial data and perform account analysis.
• Effective communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintain accurate financial records using accounting systems such as Sage, Coupa, Ariba, and other platforms.
• Ensure proper general ledger coding and maintain accurate financial documentation.
• Split and allocate invoices across multiple markets and/or vendors as required.
• Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data.
• Support general bookkeeping activities.
• Respond promptly to billing inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve billing discrepancies and determine appropriate invoice allocations.
• Apply technical accounting knowledge to support daily financial operations.
