Aston Carter is seeking an Invoicing Specialist for a contract role based in Eden Prairie, MN. This hybrid position supports invoice inquiries, statement requests, and payments processing using Coupa and SAP invoicing software.

You will resolve disputed accounts, advance payments for new orders on hold, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain customer master records while meeting weekly and monthly metrics in a high-volume environment.

• Strong multitasking skills.


• Proficiency in using portals and invoicing software like Coupa or SAP is a plus.


• Excellent customer service skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
