Responsibilities

• Create invoices and obtain account holder approval, then send to customer with documents.
• Track invoicing requirements and gather required forms, signatures.
• Verify materials sources on invoices prior to exporting (stock or PO).
• Verify sales tax on invoices and confirm tax exemptions on file if applicable.
• Send monthly statements and follow up on payment status.
