You will handle complex invoice processing and respond to accounts payable inquiries, while supporting junior analysts and acting as surge support for scanning and entry tasks. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in accounts payable, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and strong knowledge of ERP systems, AP processes, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve queries and exceptions related to invoice processing.
• Handle more complex invoicing activities (applications, mass uploads, invoices needing special handling).
• Assist Invoice Processing Analysts in resolving queries, incidents and exceptions.
• Act as surge support for invoice scanning, entry, and processing.
• Monitor exception queues for new technologies.
