Albany Beck is seeking an experienced Senior Investran SME / Systems Consultant to join our team supporting a leading financial services client. The role requires extensive hands-on Investran knowledge and the ability to review how the platform is used across multiple teams.

You will identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and standardise processes while training staff and working with fund accounting and operations to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on Investran experience, or 5+ years with strong track record.
• Deep understanding of Investran configurations, workflows and capabilities.
• Strong operational background in fund accounting or investment operations.
• Proven ability to review, optimize and standardize Investran processes.
• Ability to train and upskill internal teams and communicate complex concepts.

Responsabilités

• Act as the subject matter expert for Investran across multiple operational teams.
• Review existing Investran configurations, workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with fund accounting and operations teams to understand how Investran is currently being used.
• Implement hands-on system and process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to standardise processes and establish best practices across teams.
• Provide training, guidance and knowledge transfer to strengthen internal Investran capabilities.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of system-related issues.

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Investran SME / Systems Consultant to join Albany Beck supporting a leading financial services client.

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of Investran, ideally gained through 5–10+ years of experience within fund accounting or investment operations.

This is a hands‑on role focused on reviewing how Investran is used across multiple teams, identifying inefficiencies in system configurations and operational processes, and implementing improvements to optimise the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for Investran, providing specialist knowledge across multiple operational teams.
• Review existing Investran configurations, workflows and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with fund accounting and operations teams to understand how Investran is currently being used.
