U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage private capital accounting and investment operations, focusing on Investran.

You will guide staff, drive platform readiness, and oversee conversions, reconciliations, and reporting while partnering with finance, technology, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive Investran experience, strong knowledge of fund accounting concepts, and proven ability to lead high‑performing teams in a regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in private capital, fund administration, fund accounting, or investment operations.

Responsabilidades

• Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates operational activities supporting private capital accounting and investment operations platforms, with a primary focus on FIS Investran.
• Leads operational readiness, conversion activities, and ongoing support for fund accounting, investor accounting, reporting, and related business functions.
• Partners closely with Accounting, Operations, Technology, Conversion, and Business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, efficient processes, successful platform implementations, and high-quality service delivery.
• Provides leadership to teams responsible for Investran operations, conversion support, onboarding activities, reconciliation processes, reporting oversight, and business process execution.
• Establishes performance expectations, drives accountability, and ensures adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
