CV Resources, in partnership with a long-standing investment management firm, is seeking an Investor Services Representative to join their Investor Services team.

You will support shareholders and broker-dealers by providing information on investment products, mutual funds, retirement accounts, and account servicing, with sponsorship for securities licensing (SIE, Series 6, and Series 63).

This is an excellent entry point into financial services with licensing opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in the financial services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam.
• Sponsorship provided for Series 6 and Series 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Respond to shareholder and broker-dealer inquiries.
• Provide information regarding mutual funds, retirement plans, and investment products.
• Research and resolve account-related issues.
• Assist clients with tax and account servicing questions; support operational and administrative functions within Investor Services.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Deliver a high level of customer service while building long-term client relationships.
