Job summary

CSC is hiring an Investor Services Specialist in Livingston, NJ, operating on a hybrid schedule with three days on-site. The role focuses on maintaining investor databases and handling client deliverables to ensure superior service.

The ideal candidate possesses a business degree, excellent communication, and strong Excel skills. Experience with investor portals like Intralinks or Efront is preferred.

Qualifications

• Business degree and fund administration experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential.
• Advanced Excel and Word proficiency (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, named ranges, mail merge, macros).

Responsibilities

• Post information to investor website portal for retrieval.
• Process and report investor activity (capital calls, distributions, capital statements).
• Distribute correspondence to investors and potential investors via email.
• Monitor client email accounts and respond to investor inquiries.
• Manage multiple portals and databases (ViewPoint, Investran, Intralinks, Efront).
• Complete subscription document review and AML/KYC services.
• Help update internal policies and procedures.
• Keep track of deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Set up new investors, users, and perform updates.
• Assist with training new staff.
• Internal responsibilities (status reports, time tracking).
