How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support investor operations, including onboarding, due diligence and audit requests, and addressing investor inquiries.
  • Enhance operational workflows that are fundamental to capital partner support by proactively identifying meaningful opportunities for efficiency and automation.
  • Collaborate with Capital Markets, Legal, and Bank Partnerships teams to support various partner initiatives and secondary transactions.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to refine internal and external tools, and to accompany investor requests in a thoughtful and scalable manner.
  • Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with external parties to ensure alignment towards time-sensitive tasks, and escalate gating items effectively as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in financial services, investor relations or related field.
    • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external investors and internal teams.
    • Highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Preferred qualifications:
    • Experience with project management and/or due diligence and audit support.
    • Experience in a client-facing and/or liaising role supporting complex initiatives.
