Job summary

Bellwether seeks an Associate, CRE Investor Reporting to prepare monthly reports, reconcile remittance accounts, and provide insights for investors and customers. The role supports the Servicing and Treasury teams, ensuring timely remittances and adherence to CREFC guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in investor reporting for commercial mortgage servicing, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CRE loan servicing software. Local Dallas office with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

The candidate must have 3+ years of investor reporting experience in commercial mortgage servicing.
Proficiency with Excel and CRE loan servicing software; experience with Strategy servicing software is valued.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; work experience ok.

Responsibilities

Reconcile remittance accounts with Servicing team and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Prepare reports per requirements and collaborate with other departments on initiatives.
Manage monthly remittances for portfolios within deadlines and submit for processing.
Coordinate with Treasury on distribution wires and document the process.
Investigate investor issues and reporting exceptions; provide timely resolutions.
Create summaries for audits or inquiries and suggest process improvements.
Maintain organized shared folders for audits and reconciliation.
Develop routine remittance processes to scale for diverse fund structures.
Provide leadership, training, and coaching to junior team members.
