Bain Capital’s Spring 2027 Co-op Program will run from January 12, 2027 to June 25, 2027. Participation for the full duration of the program is required. Candidates who are unable to commit to the entire program period should not apply.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Investor Relations team seeks a co-op to assist in ad hoc projects including, but not limited to, marketing material preparation, investor requests, and database maintenance. This individual will provide business development, marketing, and client services support to all functions within Investor Relations across private markets business units.

COMPENSATION:

Expected Hourly Rate of Pay $24.00 - $26.00. Actual hourly rate of pay will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience, qualifications and geographic location.
