Enclave in Fargo, ND seeks an Investor Relations Manager to lead investor communications, reporting, onboarding, and engagement across the real estate platform. This role ensures timely, accurate updates and data integrity while supporting capital formation efforts.

You will partner with Finance, Asset Management, Development, Legal, and Marketing to deliver compliant materials, manage investor portals (Juniper Square), and drive scalable processes that strengthen investor relationships

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Communications, Marketing is required.
• 5+ years of investor relations, fund administration, capital formation, asset management, or investment operations within CRE or private real estate investment.
• Direct experience supporting CRE investment funds, syndications, or private placements is required.
• Strong understanding of CRE investment structures, fund operations, investor reporting, and financial statement analysis.
• Experience managing investor relations platforms, CRM systems, investment management software, or reporting tools (Juniper Square preferred).
• Knowledge of investor onboarding processes, subscription documentation, capital calls, distributions, and investor communications.
