Job summary

Circle in Nashville seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to join its IR team, reporting to the VP, Investor Relations. You will work with FP&A, the CFO, and executives to convey Circle's investment narrative and support high-quality communications for investors and analysts.

Your role requires finance expertise, strong modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex financial dynamics into clear messages while coordinating with multiple teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance with a track record in analysis or strategy.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and modeling, including valuation.
• Working knowledge of capital markets, particularly equities.
• Familiarity with public company disclosure obligations.
• Clear, articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong execution and attention to detail; able to engage senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support IR leadership and CFO in maintaining relationships with analysts and investors.
• Track analyst feedback and synthesize insights for messaging and engagement.
• Maintain valuation models, peer comparisons, and consensus tracking.
• Stay current on financial developments, Circle's strategy and regulatory landscape.
• Draft quarterly earnings materials and manage earnings process logistics.
• Improve IR reporting infrastructure and investor outreach tracking.
• Collaborate with Communications, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, and Product teams.
