Job summary

Amplifi is seeking a Growth Partner to manage investor relations across venture capital, private equity, and real estate private equity, focusing on retention, engagement, and delivering a high-quality experience for every member.

You will onboard investors, conduct regular check-ins, explain fund structures in plain terms, manage capital calls and reporting, and coordinate with internal teams to keep LPs informed and confident throughout the investment journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, private markets, or related fields.
• Direct exposure to LP/GP dynamics and private investment structures (funds, SPVs, syndications).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable on Zoom, phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new members with calls, walkthroughs, and FAQs.
• Conduct retention touchpoints to keep investors engaged and active.
• Explain deal structures, fund terms, and timelines at a high level.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting.
• Address basic tax considerations related to private investments (high-level).
• Coordinate with internal teams on deal launches and investor communications.
• Capture and act on investor feedback; maintain CRM records.
