You will lead earnings materials, investor presentations, and executive communications while coordinating with Finance, Treasury, Legal, and Strategy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop Schwab's investor relations strategy and external communications.
• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and Board materials.
• Coordinate messaging with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Strategy teams.
• Engage with investors and analysts; respond to inquiries with accurate info.
• Lead market intelligence and provide insights to senior leadership.
