Job summary

ASB Real Estate Investments is seeking a Client Service Operations Specialist to lead professional marketing, communications, and client support for 300+ institutional investors. The role collaborates with senior leadership, relationship managers, and investment personnel to deliver timely information and strengthen client relationships.

You will manage client data in Salesforce, coordinate logistics for events, and support fundraising efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in investor relations, marketing, or communications.
• Strong collaboration and organization skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure effective communication with clients and prospects.
• Manage Salesforce client contact data, market value uploads, generate routine and customized reports.
• Plan and support logistics for industry conferences, client events, sponsorship registration, and exhibit materials.
• Include accounting support for facilitating check requests, sponsorship billing, memberships, and journal subscriptions.
• Coordinate procurement of print and presentation supplies, booth displays, and promotional items through external vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client services inbox, sorting inquiries and resolving portal issues with vendors.
• Provide additional support for client services priorities in coordination with the Client Service Operations Coordinator and Group Head.
• Act as backup to ensure all quarterly DDQ's and RFIs are completed and distributed on schedule.
