ASB Real Estate Investments, a division of ASB Capital Management LLC, seeks a Client Service Operations Specialist to produce marketing and communications deliverables while providing timely client support to 300+ investors. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders and manage client portals, reports, and events in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in an administrative assistant capacity.
• Experience in investor relations, marketing, or communications organization.
• Highly collaborative, goal-oriented, and motivated to deliver high-quality work.
• Independent, self-learning in mastering new skills or knowledge without formal instruction.
• Organized, proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills and comfort working in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Vimeo, WordPress, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to ensure effective communication with clients and prospects.
• Manage Salesforce client contact data, market value uploads, generate reports.
• Plan and support logistics for industry conferences, client events, sponsorships, exhibits.
• Provide accounting support for sponsorships, memberships, and subscriptions.
• Coordinate procurement of print/presentation supplies and promotional items via vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for client services inbox and portal issues with vendors.
• Provide additional support for client services priorities with the Group Head.
• Act as backup to ensure quarterly DDQs and RFIs are completed and distributed on schedule.
