Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation, Fundraising or related roles within private equity, VC, growth equity, hedge funds or private credit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM platforms and investor databases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in private markets and institutional investor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support investor relations and capital formation efforts across existing and prospective investors.
• Assist with fundraising initiatives, investor outreach, and relationship management.
• Prepare investor presentations, fundraising materials, DDQs, and quarterly updates.
• Maintain CRM systems, investor databases, and fundraising pipeline tracking.
• Conduct investor research and identify capital sources and strategic opportunities.
• Coordinate investor meetings, diligence processes, conferences, and follow-up communications.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support reporting and data gathering for investor requests.
• Develop processes and reporting systems to enhance scalability of capital formation and leverage AI tools where relevant.
