Referment, a global investment firm partner, is seeking an associate for its investor-relations team in New York. You will support relationship managers with institutional investors and prospects, providing timely responses and developing context on investment capabilities and capital markets.

You will balance short-term client requests with longer-term process and project work, build fluency in investment concepts, and contribute to improving workflows with AI while collaborating across levels.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree and one to four years of financial-markets experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management and attention to detail.
• A process-oriented, collaborative approach and confidence working with colleagues at different levels.
• Commercial judgement, initiative and an interest in improving workflows with AI.
• Business-development or relationship-management experience and familiarity with financial terminology are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support relationship managers in cultivating investor and prospect relationships and responding to inbound requests.
• Keep stakeholders informed about relevant strategy and business developments.
• Help design and maintain robust product-development and prospecting processes.
• Manage short-term deliverables alongside longer-running commercial projects.
• Build fluency in investment capabilities, financial concepts, capital markets and client priorities.
