Job summary

Related Fund Management (RFM) is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support investor communications across its real estate platform, including equity, preferred equity and credit strategies. This role collaborates with Finance, Compliance and Capital Formation teams to deliver accurate, timely information to investors.

You will manage investor inquiries, assist with KYC/AML documentation, review LPAs, side letters, and reports, and help coordinate capital calls and distributions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance or investor relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Understanding of investment performance and fund structures.

Responsibilities

• Support investor communications and reporting.
• Research investor questions against fund documents.
• Assist with KYC/AML documentation collection.
• Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, and Capital Formation teams.
• Triage and respond to investor inquiries; escalate complex issues.
