Job summary

Adams Street Partners in Chicago seeks an Associate to join the Investor Relations Team, supporting Wealth Sales and Fundraising. The role collaborates with teams across the firm to deliver superior client communications and data.

You will coordinate client materials, respond to investor requests, and help manage onboarding, subscriptions, and CRM activity, including Salesforce. The position requires 1-2+ years in wealth management or client-facing roles, strong English, and solid MS Office and

Qualifications

• Experience in private markets, preferably in a client-facing role.
• 1-2+ years’ professional experience, ideally within wealth management or other client-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of HNW/UHNW investors and/or family offices preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and prepare technical materials in a timely manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite products (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Adams Street product offerings, industry trends, and the North America client base.
• Create client presentations, market updates, and other client communications.
• Prepare and deliver customized client-facing materials in response to requests.
• Ensure timely delivery of standard and customized data & reporting requests.
• Support product setup, launch and operating infrastructure across platforms.
• Assist with marketing efforts including RFPs and due diligence materials and client inquiries.
• Support onboarding and subscription processes and coordination with third parties.
• Support market and prospect research across North America to track pipeline activity.
• Serve as a point person for the Investor Portal and Salesforce CRM.
• Collaborate with teams across the firm to ensure timely follow-up on ad hoc projects.
