Job summary

Cloud Capital is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising, investor relations, and marketing efforts across London and New York. You will engage with institutional investors, prepare reports, manage onboarding, and coordinate compliance-related documentation as part of a fast-paced, globally integrated team.

You will work with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate materials, maintain relationships, and help scale capital formation while ensuring adherence to regulatory

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in investor relations or related roles.
• Experience with data centers or digital infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing and prospective investors.
• Prepare quarterly and annual investor reports.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and KYC/AML.
• Maintain investor portal and communications.
• Support fundraising activities and capital formation.
• Prepare materials for investor presentations.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, finance, and compliance teams.
