Job summary

Coda Search is partnering with a leading asset manager in NYC, seeking a Vice President, Investor Relations within the Capital Formation team. The role sits at the intersection of investment teams, investor relations, and capital formation, driving fundraising, investor engagement, and product development initiatives.

The VP will lead fundraising efforts, communicate portfolio strategy to institutional investors, and prepare investor-facing materials.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience within asset management, private credit, investment banking, capital markets, or investor relations.
• Experience working with structured credit, private credit, etc
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret portfolio performance and deal pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality investor materials.

• Support and lead fundraising efforts with institutional and consultants
• Serve as a key liaison between the investment team and institutional investors, helping communicate strategy performance, portfolio developments, and market positioning.
• Prepare and maintain investor-facing materials, including pitch decks, fund updates, and investment strategy presentations.

As the credit platform continues to expand, the firm is seeking to hire a Vice President, IR within the Capital Formation team. This role will sit at the intersection of investment teams, investor relations, and capital formation and will play a key role in fundraising, investor engagement, and product development initiatives.
