Job description

A top Private Equity, Real Estate firm is looking to add a Client and Capital Formation Associate on their Real Estate team. The Associate will support investor reporting and capital raising efforts, specifically focusing on Real Estate, across four distinct equity strategies. The Team supports all aspects of client relations, including responding to ad hoc client requests, extensive recurring custom quarterly reporting requests, and supporting a variety of fundraising initiatives including both qualitative and quantitative due diligence requests, and maintaining marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Organize and respond to extensive recurring custom quarterly reporting requests and both qualitative and quantitative due diligence requests
• Ensure timely and thorough responses to various investor requests regarding investment performance, capital accounts, etc.
• Partner with the Portfolio Managers, Real Estate Product Specialists and Marketers to prepare custom client update books for marketing meetings
• Coordinate and content create for annual investor conferences and semi-annual Advisory Committee meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of relevant work experience, including investor relations-related, or other finance or real estate-related post-undergraduate work experience
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment
