Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Investor Relations Diligence Associate in Boston to support investor communications for prospects and existing investors. The role combines analytical work with professional reporting, leveraging Power BI and standard reporting materials.

You will collaborate with investment professionals and IR colleagues on marketing updates, client requests, and fundraising materials, while performing fund and market-level analyses to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from a highly-regarded institution.
• 1-4 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, consulting, or financial services-related marketing.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable organizing, interpreting, and manipulating large data sets using typical tools (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience creating marketing and reporting materials.

Responsibilities

• Complete RFPs/RFIs and update Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Collaborate with investment professionals and IR colleagues to create pitch books and sales presentations.
• Service investor information requests during fundraising and ongoing.
• Assist in market- and strategy-related marketing updates and reporting materials.
• Assist with Power BI and standard reporting materials.
• Perform fund, investor, and market-level analysis.
• Provide research/analytical support for IR programs and special projects.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral and investor communications on a regular cadence.

Our client, a leading private equity firm in Boston, is hiring an Investor Relations Diligence Associate to join their team. The role is responsible for various levels of investor communications for prospects and existing investors with a unique blend of analytical and communication skills required.

Job Responsibilities

• Completing RFPs/RFIs and updating Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs)
• Collaborate with investment professionals and IR colleagues to create pitch books and sales presentations
• Servicing investor information requests during fundraising and on an ongoing basis
• Work with IR colleagues on market- and strategy-related marketing updates
• Assist in the implementation and product management of Power BI and standard reporting materials
• Performing fund, investor, and market-level analysis
• Providing research/analytical support for IR special projects
• Assisting with recurring reporting preparation, updating marketing collateral, and investor letter writing
• Maintaining various consultant and performance databases
• Regularly update existing standard reporting materials on a monthly/quarterly cycle
• Participate in operational aspects of marketing materials development

Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials (BS/BA from a highly-regarded institution)
• 1-4 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, consulting, or financial services-related marketing
• Strong analytical skills; comfort organizing, interpreting, and manipulating large amounts of data sets using VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Experience developing marketing and reporting materials with a financial/institutional asset management focus

Compensation

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000, Plus Bonus
