Qualificações

• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Undergraduate degree with strong academics.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with an interest in investments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in execution of key investor servicing initiatives.
• Support fundraising and investor servicing outputs across a broad range.
• Generalist support for fundraising streams across US territories and logistics.
• Maintain CRM records in Dynamo; track pipeline and fundraising status.
• Prepare pre-meeting research, coordinate meetings, roadshows and conferences.
• Coordinate responses to investor inquiries, DDQs and RFPs with multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Client Services, IR, Communications and other departments.
• Demonstrate proactive ideas to improve processes.
