Job summary

HarbourVest is seeking an Investor Relations Analyst to support the management and enhancement of institutional investor relationships. You will collaborate across product specialties, consultant relations, marketing, and compliance to deliver HarbourVest’s investment solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and analytical skills, is proactive, and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in the U.S. with a competitive base salary range.

Qualifications

• Open to graduate applicants, up to 1-2 years of experience in alternative investment or other finance/investment-oriented roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Investor Relations team in managing and enhancing institutional investor relationships.
• Collaborate with product specialists, consultant relations, commercial operations, client service, marketing and compliance.
• Deliver HarbourVest’s investment solutions to institutional investors.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-team environment with strong organization and project management.
• Demonstrate proactive, detail-oriented approach and independent decision-making.
