Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, communications or related discipline; typically 2–4 years in IR or financial analysis.
• Proficiency with AI tools to work efficiently with careful output checking.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint; CRM/FactSet/Bloomberg experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly earnings cycle: timelines, logistics, drafts, and numbers tied to sources.
• Track investor composition, ownership changes and maintain outreach materials.
• Coordinate investor engagement calendar, roadshows, conferences and meetings; log interactions in IR CRM.
• Develop investor materials, participate in strategy and proxy/meeting preparations.
