The Analyst, Investor Relations will be a core member of Victory Capital's IR and Responsible Business team, reporting to the Director, Investor Relations & Responsible Business. The role is predominantly investor relations, with support for wider team priorities including the annual meeting, proxy voting and community engagement.
This is a hands-on execution role. Alongside the analytical and strategic work, a significant share of the job is the detail that makes an IR program run: scheduling, logistics, databases, trackers, proofreading, tie-outs and keeping content current. The target base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $110,000.
Salaries are determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications. Victory Capital Management operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
Victory Capital Management's total compensation package includes the opportunity for annual compensation bonuses and/or commissions and a generous benefits package.
