About The Company

Our client is a leader in commercial real estate services and is hiring an Investor Relations Analyst. This role will be an integral part of the Investor Relations and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

1. Support all communications with the investment community regarding the company’s business model, operating results, and business strategy.
2. Compare internal forecasts with analyst models—tracking analyst estimate changes and ensuring accuracy.
3. Assist investors and analysts with modeling the company’s historical financial statements.
4. Review and summarize analyst reports, competitive financial analysis, and aggregate information from various financial data sources.
5. Advise on and support all aspects of investor marketing, including building and maintaining our investor database and CRM.
6. Support all aspects of quarterly earnings—preparing quarterly financial press releases, conference call scripts, Q&A documents, investor presentations, and assisting in drafting SEC filings.
7. Support the company’s participation in investor and analyst events such as conferences, meetings, and non-deal roadshows.
8. Compile disclosures and data for use by senior management in meetings with sell-side analysts and shareholders.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, treasury, or FP&A.
3. Familiarity with GAAP and non-GAAP accounting practices.
4. Familiarity with IR-focused software/tools is a plus.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $125,000
