Job summary

Aureate Development in Tampa seeks an experienced Investor Relations professional to manage relationships with EB-5 investors, respond to inquiries, and provide timely updates on project status and immigration milestones.

You will prepare investor communications, market our services, and coordinate documentation with attorneys and sponsors, maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, business, economics or related field.
• Familiarity with the EB-5 program and investor communications preferred.
• Strong professionalism, initiative, and resilience in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with prospective EB-5 investors and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare investor communications and updates on project status and immigration milestones.
