Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an Associate Principal, Investor Education (Creative & Digital Operations) to own visual identity, video production, and the digital website experience for Investor Education and OIC. You will coordinate with risk/compliance and support business continuity, testing, and governance activities.

Role requires leadership in design/brand stewardship, video strategy, and ADA/WCAG accessibility across web and print.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production and graphic/brand design
• Experience managing website content and ADA/WCAG accessibility standards
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency across media
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organization
• Detail-oriented with ability to proofread content and ensure publication quality
• Able to collaborate across marketing, technology, compliance and external vendors
• Experience supporting business continuity, risk, audit or compliance-testing preferred

Responsibilities

• Own Investor Education's visual identity across web, email, social, print and events
• Design digital and print assets including presentations, infographics, templates
• Maintain brand guidelines and review vendor work for consistency
• Lead video strategy: planning, scripting, filming, editing and delivery
• Coordinate video content calendar with marketing and events
• Manage day-to-day OIC website updates and accessibility
• Support business continuity, testing and compliance coordination
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Provide backup for event operations and departmental admin tasks
