Job summary

Itau US, International Investors, offers global investment advisory services across asset classes to High Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth private banking clients on a non-discretionary basis. The team provides tactical and asset allocation ideas, grounded in client risk profiles and the Private Bank's Global Investment Committee views.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Service Industry.
• Fluency in Portuguese (Spanish not mandatory but will be considered as a plus).
• Series 7 License.
• MBA or CFA is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and presentations with clients, recommending strategic and tactical opportunities across asset classes.
• Identify timely investment opportunities to share with clients between period reviews.
• Proactively participate in the investment idea generation process while interacting with other members of the investment team.
• Liaise with products, portfolio solutions and/or structuring teams to find adequate investment vehicles.
• Work closely with Bankers and Domestic Investors to develop a seamless, global relationship with clients encompassing both on and offshore investment accounts.
• Assess client suitability at both product and portfolio level.
• Register client orders and execute with counterparties on trading desk.
• Travel to Latin America for in person portfolio reviews with clients 2-3 times per year.

International Investors provide global investment advisory services, across asset classes, to High Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth private banking clients, on a non-discretionary basis. International Investors provide tactical and asset allocation investment ideas, using numerous investment vehicles/instruments, based on client suitability and risk profile, while reflecting the views of the ltau Private Bank's Global Investment Committee.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and presentations with clients, recommending strategic and tactical opportunities across asset classes, including Listed Equities, OTC Fixed Income, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Vehicles, Derivatives, NDFs, Structure Notes, Co-Investment Structures etc.
• Identify timely/time sensitive investment opportunities to share with clients between period reviews
• Proactively participate in the investment idea generation process while interacting with other members of the investment team
• Liaise with products, portfolio solutions and/or structuring teams to find adequate investment vehicles
• Work closely with Bankers and Domestic Investors to develop a seamless, global relationship with clients encompassing both on and offshore investment accounts

What We’re Looking For
