Job summary

Wellington Management Company is offering a co-op position in the Investment Strategy Technology team. The role provides exposure to financial technology and direct interaction with business and technology stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on learning and skill development within the financial services industry.

The co-op entails cross-training across functions, starting December 2026/January 2027, and is open to Northeastern University students.

Responsibilities

Write code and unit tests for features and bug fixes.
Coordinate with other technology teams to complete projects and answer questions.
Document decisions, analysis, implementation, and support at all steps.
