Responsibilities

• Utilize proprietary investment software to generate daily reports used to implement Overlay Solutions.
• Review data feeds and activity in client portfolios to ensure daily reporting accuracy.
• Act as primary day-to-day contact for client relationships alongside the portfolio management team.
• Assist in producing client-requested research projects in coordination with portfolio managers and research staff.
• Create and ensure accuracy of customized reporting and support external performance reviews with clients.
• Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience.
• Conduct audits on client accounts to uphold firm risk standards and professional knowledge.
• Pursue professional development such as the CFA program.
