Job summary

KKR is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join the Investments Management team within KKR Insurance Investments. The role offers a broad view of the investment business and supports the Co-Chief Investment Officers and portfolio managers overseeing $200+bn of assets.

The team collaborates across KKR platform on strategic initiatives, business planning, governance and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in financial services; relevant roles are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to translate findings into concise materials.
• Interest in using AI-powered tools to improve productivity and quality of work.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize complex topics for different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support research, analysis and coordination for strategic initiatives and leadership priorities.
• Build and maintain Excel analyses and financial models; track business metrics.
• Assist with business planning, reporting and materials for leadership.
• Help prepare materials and coordinate follow-ups for deal review and investment committees.
