Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a client-focused financial professional to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions. You will triage leads, refer to partners, review goals with clients, and build financial plans that include brokerage products.

You will complete required licenses and trainings, with SAFE Act registration as applicable, and maintain good standing in residential mortgage originations.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 & 66 licenses; if only 63/65, offer contingent on passing 66 within 60 days.
• Minimum one year in investments with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum one year in financial services and/or sales with goals achieved.
• Strong goal setting and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate with clients and internal partners.
• Demonstrates time management and regulatory due diligence in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' financial goals and build plans using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with goals.
• Triages client requests and referrals to internal partners based on assets.
• Mitigate risk as part of daily activities and maintain compliance.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or center clientele.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
