Job summary

Charles River Development seeks a Client Manager for Strategic clients to ensure satisfaction, retention and growth by delivering Charles River IMS projects, support and services. You will work with client senior leaders to maintain alignment and strong partnerships.

You will influence internal and client leaders, leverage organizational skills and excel in collaboration, communication and problem solving while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology or relevant discipline.
• 5 years experience within Financial Services / Software industry, preferred Asset Management and in Relationship Management or similar role.
• Demonstrated strong communication and presentation skills including verbal and written.
• Ability to foster relationships with senior managers and decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high touch engagement with clients including onsite visits, status calls and executive engagements.
• Develop relationships with senior client personnel to align CRD's strategy with client goals.
• Maintain understanding of Charles River IMS and current functionality.
• Collaborate with internal client account teams and Alpha business units.
• Establish long-term strategic objectives and measure against account plans.
• Proactively resolve client issues and support project delivery.
• Assist Sales to identify revenue opportunities including modules and services.
• Stay informed on investment management market trends.
