Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Senior Client Manager focused on Wealth Management to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective delivery of Charles River IMS projects and services. You will work closely with client senior leaders to align strategies and build long-term partnerships.

You will advocate for clients within Charles River, serving as a trusted advisor and primary contact, leveraging strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain exceptional client

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Finance, Technology or relevant discipline.
• 10-15 years’ experience within Financial Services/Software industry preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to client sites 20%–40% per calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a book of Charles River IMS accounts with a high-touch engagement model (onsite visits, status calls, executive engagements).
• Develop relationships with senior client personnel to align CRD’s offerings with client strategy.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of the Charles River IMS and wealth management product offerings and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal client account teams and wealth management business units to ensure client success.
• Establish long-term strategic objectives for each client and measure success against account plans.
• Identify and foster revenue opportunities including additional modules and services; travel to client sites 20%–40%.
