Teachers Federal Credit Union in New York, Brentwood area, seeks an Investment Services Support Specialist to provide sales and business development support for licensed investment product representatives. You will handle customer service, account changes, new accounts, and order processing under supervision, while maintaining CRM records and collaborating with advisors.

The role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a background in financial services.

Formación

• Minimum three years of experience in financial services.
• CRM knowledge required.
• High school diploma.
• FINRA Series 6/7 & 66 preferred.
• Notary Public preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent Customer Service, New Business Development, Order Processing, Product/Brand Expertise, Develop Referrals, Execute orders, Sales Support, CRM software, Marketing/collateral.

Responsabilidades

• Assists TruStage Advisors and external and internal partners with transactions.
• Maintains a sales and referral database and uses telemarketing to generate leads.
• Coordinates referrals, sales appointments, and information requests.
• Collaborates with advisors and clients to design, implement, and monitor financial plans.
• Assists with opening accounts, entering annuity orders, moving money requests, trades, and RMDs.
• Tracks client updates in multiple CRMs and completes client-related tasks.
• Manages calendars and schedules client meetings for TruStage Advisors.
• Liaises between LPL and investment companies for client issues and service requests.
