Job summary

Texas Trust Credit Union seeks a proactive coordinator to support the Investment Services program and Financial Advisors. You will schedule appointments with members and advisors, market Investment Services to employees and members, and perform administrative tasks for the program and team.

You will coordinate training with Retail Operations and Marketing, assist with seminars and events, and collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

  • Two to three years of similar or related experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED; Life and Health Insurance license within 90 days; preferred: SIE, Series 63, Series 6, Life and Health; Series 7 within 12 months.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative/Member Servicing: Account Service Requests, Salesforce maintenance, Member Onboarding, Ordering Supplies, Expense Tracking, Appointment Setting, Appointment Confirmation and Preparation, Member Servicing, Process Mail, Manage Calendars.
  • Sales Support: Referral Tracking, Referral Contests, Program Reporting, Proactive Phone Calls, CD Lists, High Deposits, 59 1/2 Member.
  • Marketing: Birthday/Holiday Cards, Member Review Letters, Newsletters/Articles distribution, Member Thank You’s, Planning, Production and Follow-up of Events, Marketing Compliance, Campaigns.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Create strategy, framework and tactics; liaison with TruStage; coordinate training with Retail Operations, Talent & Development and Financial Advisors; collaborate with marketing associates; promote Investment Services program.

The role ofthis position is to ensure the success of the Teas Trust Investment Services program and that of the Financial Advisors. This position schedules appointments with members and Financials Advisor, markets the Texas Trust Investment Services program to credit union employees and members, performs administrative functions in support of the Investment Services program and Financial Advisors. This role guides and promotes progress toward established goals for the program and the team.

·Serve as a liaison with TruStage partner and Texas Trust Marketing Team;

·Coordinate ongoing training with Retail Operations, Talent & Development and Financial Advisors;

  • Collaborate with the existing team marketing associates;

·Promote Investment Services program to both credit union employees and Texas Trust;

  • Promote a consistent approach to messaging and branding across materials;
  • Monitor the company's presence in the media and provide timely/relevant updates to marketing, advisors, and executive management;
  • Identify new opportunities by staying abreast of market trends, technology, and development.

·Support other strategic initiatives and activities as warranted or assigned;

·Coordinate lobby displays and ensure materials are well supplied and current;

·Coordinate mailings of newsletters, surveys, seminars, annual review letters, and appointment information forms;

·Assist with seminars, make room arrangements, assemble packets, and confirm seminar attendance;

·Presents a helpful and positive attitude, focusing on solutions and promoting a collaborative environment at all times;

·Practices and brings to life with the team our “Yes And… culture;

·Comply with established regulations and law requirements;

·Perform various other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education and/or Certifications Required

·High School Diploma/GED;

·License/Certifications

oRequired-Life and Health with Annuity Insurance. Must be obtained within 90 days of employment;

oPreferred- SIE, or Series 63 Securities Licences, Series 6 Securities License, and Life and Health License. Must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

oPreferred – Series 7 license. Must be obtained within 12 months of employment.

·Systems and Software: Microsoft Word and Excel;

·Excellent human relations skills and communication skills;

·Understand and believe in the Texas Trust Investment Services program;

·Ability to market the program;

·Ability to work in a team environment;

·Comfortable working both face-to-face and on the telephone with people;

·Friendly, outgoing, and creative;

· Strong processing, analytical and problem solving skills;
