Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced investment support associate to assist Investment Relationship Managers in sales, processing and client service. You will prepare proposals, organize filings and help coordinate business development efforts in Pacific Standard Time.

Core qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years in investments, and FINRA registrations. The role includes comprehensive benefits and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, 63 and 65/66 registrations and life licenses.
• SIE at a minimum highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
• Prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence.
• Organize paper flow and maintain client files and supplies.
• Assist in business development and coordinate campaigns with internal teams.
