Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a dedicated professional to support Investment Relationship Managers in sales and client servicing.

You will organize appointments, prepare proposals, and manage routine correspondence while maintaining client files and supporting business development efforts. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred) and 5+ years in the investment industry, with FINRA registrations and life/health licenses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Five or more years of investment industry experience preferred.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and 65/or 66 registrations and life, variable life, health and disability licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales, processing, operational, administrative and customer service support to Investment Relationship Managers.
• Assist in business development by meeting with prospects and reviewing client relationships.
• Prepare investment proposals and routine correspondence; maintain client files and records.
