Role Description:

This is a 100% commission, contract-based Investment Sales Associate role based in Greenville, SC, with hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities include sourcing leads, managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, and building lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors. You will work closely with experienced operators and receive hands-on mentorship while contributing to real transactions and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Financial analysis and investment knowledge
  • Client management and negotiation expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in investment sales or financial services is a plus
