The primary function of the Agent is to assist with the marketing of exclusive and off-market commercial property listings with a specific focus on Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining relationships with investment property owners, delivering exceptional customer service and developing an expertise of a specific real estate market.
The person chosen for this role must be extremely detail oriented with an analytical mindset, possess the ability to succeed within a sales environment, and have the capacity to stay calm under fire while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
